Gethsemane Church: Lost Photographs

Gethsemane Church Parish Hall
after Irene 2011
A lot of things were lost or destroyed during Irene, including the Parish Hall of Gethsemane Church in Proctorsville. As some one noted, "the photographs that hung on the wall now rest in the Long Island Sound. Thanks to Doris Eddy, who recently donated a stack of photographs and other items to the Cavendish Historical Society, we were able to replace the photographs of the placement of the cornerstone on the Parish Hall in 1956 as well as the dedication of the hall, which was attended by Bishop Batterfield.

Below are copies of the photographs. Mary Springer was able to identify a number of the people. However, if you have additional names, please e-mail them to margoc@tds.net
